                                               WHAT'S  ALL  THE  FUSS  ABOUT?


We all agree fitness is something that benefits you greatly - it boosts immunity, calms your mind and soul and lets you do what you want with your life. Exercise, nutrition and fitness must be a path to enrich your life and not distract you or deprive you of it. In this space, you can find posts from what to do with  extra hummus lying in your refrigerator, choosing the right kind of tomatoes for your health goals to listening to your body and respond to it.

There is no right or wrong way per se. What works for your body may not work for me. However there are general guidelines which we can all try and benefit from, and in the process rediscover ourselves. A healthy lifestyle is a journey and something that becomes second nature after a few years.

With a medical background in the area of nutrition, fitness and herbal remedies and years of experience helping people towards health, I'm hoping this space will be a platform to share my views and experiences which will benefit all of us in moving towards a healthier life.
